Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Solon & Sons LLC (trading as SOLON Estate & Property Law, 26 Acadimias Avenue, Athens 106 71) handles personal data submitted through this website. We act as data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Greek law.
What we collect
When you send a consultation request we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your telephone number and country, together with your preferred contact method and language, the category of your matter, and your message. Please do not include more sensitive detail than you need to describe your matter.
Why we use it
We use these details only to read and respond to your request and to assess whether we can assist. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before any engagement, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not use your details for marketing and do not sell or share them for that purpose.
How it is stored and shared
Requests are stored in a secured database operated by our hosting provider and forwarded by email to our office inbox. These providers process the data on our behalf. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.
How long we keep it
If no engagement follows, we delete enquiry data within a reasonable period once it is no longer needed. If you become a client, your data is kept as part of the client file for the periods required by professional and tax rules.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, or request a copy in a portable format. Write to info@solonestatespropertylaw.com. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Confidentiality
Sending a request through this website does not create a lawyer–client relationship, but we treat every enquiry with discretion.
